Las Vegas is the new entertainment capital of the world and there are endless things to do in our twinkling town. It offers something for everyone regardless of age, from luxury lifestyles to the simple life in 55+ commnites. Las Vegas has an incredible nightlife, tons of 5-star restaurants to explore, dazzling shows in every Casino, professional sports games, including Hockey, Football, WNBA and more in the works. Lake mead to boat and beach and Red Rock Canyon for stunning red rock views with hiking and biking. Mount Charleston has a brand new ski lodge with a full snow board and ski resort, sledding in the winter and of course lots of hiking with cabins and resorts to play in to escape the Summer months with temperatures that are 30 degrees less.
There are some unique museums including the Boneyard at the Neon Museum with Las Vegas memorabilia, the Mob Museum with interested facts from back in the day and the newest thing popping up are Speak Easies. One of my favorites is the underground bar at the Mob Museum, the Barber Shop in Cosmopolitan with live music, The Laundry Room in Commonwealth downtown and the newest one Off the Record in Park MGM. There is a secret pizza joint located in an unmarked corridor on the 3rd floor, and many restaurants with a “secret menu” at Aria, Mirage, Ceasers Palace. If I am giving you hints on these secret places imagine the secret deals that I can find you in real estate!

There are several suburbs and master planned communities located within Las Vegas.
Las Vegas is the brightest city on earth when viewed from outer space due to Luxor’s spotlight. The strip uses 5600 megawatts of electricity a day and not all of this comes from our Hoover Dam as you might think. There are over 9,900,000 lightbulbs on the strip alone. There are several hotels that care about the environment impact and are LEED-certified, including the Mandarin Oriental, Aria and Vdara that are all located in City Center as well as Palazzo that has an extensive solar energy system on its rooftop. Many water features such as the fountains and man made lakes in the city use gray water; water recycled from our sinks and bathtubs. Sixty percent of the world’s top hotels are in Las Vegas, making so many places to explore and so many shows and restaurants to check off that bucket list of yours.
